Fall Diffuser Potions…

Sharing is caring!

Fall Diffuser BlendsFall just might be my favorite season.  There’s just something about it.  With the days getting shorter, grayer and colder, I just get giddy thinking about scary movies, smores and fires in the fireplace!  My all-time favorite fall candle is THIS and I still burn it-I won’t lie.  I just can’t let it go, but I’m very aware of the toxins and only burn it on special night or dreary days. However, there is a safer alternative that can actually detox your air but still give you the cozy scent of fall!

Since essential oils are antibacterial and antiviral they do the opposite of what most candle do.  They actually detox the air.  This is really helpful when bugs and viruses are on the rampage!  An added bonus is that by combining a few oils, you can get that smell of fall! Not to mention all the benefits of regular diffusing.

The following blends I’ve collected from essential oil friends and of course Pinterest!  I’ve compiled my absolute favorites just for you!

Autumn Magic

4 drops Sweet Orange, 3 drops Ginger, 2 drops Cinnamon Bark

Pumpkin Spice

4 drops Cardamon, 2 drops Cinnamon Bark, 1 drop Clove Bud, 1 drop Sweet Orange

Chai Tea

3 drops of Cardamom, 2 drops Cinnamon Bark, 2 drops Clove Bud, 1 drop Ginger

Trick or Treat

3 drops Sweet Orange 2 drops Frankincense, 2 drops Cinnamon Bark

Spiced Cider

4 drops Sweet Orange, 3 drops Cinnamon Bark, 3 drops Ginger

William Sonoma Blend

6 drops Vanilla, 6 drops Lemon, 2 drops Rosemary

Falling Leaves

3 drops Sweet Orange, 3 drops Patchouli, 1 drop Clove Bud

Sweater Weather

5 drops Sweet Orange, 4 drops Germ Fighter, 1 drop Ginger

Snickerdoodle

5 drops Sweet Orange, 2 drops Cinnamon Bark, 1 drop Clove Bud

Walk In The Woods

4 drops Cypress, 2 drops Scots Pine, 2 drops Sandalwood

*******

Just food for thought-These combos are also great lip balm flavors!

Go HERE for a diffuser.  If you aren’t diffusing, you really should-Not only is it fun, it’s healthy too.  I actually have 3 for each bedroom.  You wouldn’t believe how helpful they are when a kiddo gets sick!

Happy Fall!

xx, Jenni

P.S. I get most of my essential oils from Plant Therapy. They are affordable, many of them organic and I love the fast, free shipping! I also love Mountain Rose Herbs essential oils.

  2. hi jenni,
I’m super excited to try this, don’t know anything about diffusers…. will buy my first diffuser very soon!!! so any suggestions on how to use a diffuser properly? I’m assuming you just fill the water and put in the oils that you want? when you want to change the scent what do you do to clean out the system? can I just rinse with water and put in new oils or do I have to clean it with something else? thanks jenni
