New Green Beauty Products to Discover!

Sharing is caring!

I’m always pleasantly surprised at all the green beauty companies there are these days.  There are so many beauty lines that say no to harmful ingredients and no to animal testing, no to fragrance, parabens, gluten, sulfates, propylene glycol etc.  I see so many eco aware companies that responsibly source their ingredients and keep their batches small.  I’m happy that the tides are turning and more and more people are becoming aware of what they are putting on their skin!

Recently I’ve discovered some great new natural skin care lines and products and today, I’m going to share with you what I’ve found!

I’m loving Eight Saints skin care line!  First off, they use 8 key ingredients in their skin care to cut through confusion, hence the name.  These ingredients consist of Vitamin C, Squalane, Hyaluronic Acid, Glycolic Acid, Vitamin E, MSM, Peptides and Antioxidants.  Most of these ingredients occur naturally in our skin but as we age, we need to supplement them.  They don’t use known toxins or controversial synthetics- no part of their supply chain uses animal testing either. They are responsibly sourced, small batch processed and made in the USA.

I’m always on the look out for safe ways to exfoliate.  Exfoliating is one of the most important parts of a skin care routine.  Without exfoliation, the skin looks dull, can get clogged and products have a difficult time penetrating.  I love using their creamy exfoliator, Soul Mate.  It contains Glycolic Acid which is a potent when it comes to removing dead skin.  It also contains hyaluronic acid and vitamin E which help to keep the glycolic acid from stripping the skin of moisture.  It is a light weight cream that can be used under makeup.  I have been using it before I use my facial oil.

High Society is a facial oil with Marula Oil, Jojoba Oil and Vitamin E Oil.  It absorbs quickly and smells like neroli.  It is said to smooth fine lines and hydrate the skin.  It is a high quality product that is very nourishing for the skin. It can also be used as a skin primer, makeup remover, or smoothing hair oil!

What is so amazing about Eight Saints is that they are so confident in their products that they offer a “Discovery Kit“.  This kit comes with 11 decent sized samples!  It’s only $10 with free shipping and comes with a $10 coupon towards your next order!

Averr Aglow offers a wide variety of products aimed to naturally heal acne. They sent me their Clear Skin Elixir and while I don’t suffer from acne, I really like this product.  It’s an over night clay spot treatment and while I have not used it over night (because I’m too dry), many reviews claim it doesn’t overly dry out the skin and works great when it comes to clearing out the pores and reducing the appearance of acne.

It contains pink clay, zinc oxide and witch hazel along with several other natural oils and essential oils.  This company offers so many products and unless I’m missing something, the ingredients are very clean.  I would definitely look into Averr Glow if you’re suffering from acne.

I have reviewed Nayelle Probiotic Skin Care a few times before and THIS mask is one of my favorites!  They introduced 3 new serums this fall. Since they are much too complicated to DIY because they contain both water and oil ingredients, I wanted to share them.  However, I need to state-they do contain ingredients that aren’t as natural as I would like. However, their products are cruelty free, paraben free, zero fillers, propylene glycol free, gluten free and fragrance free.

Vitamin C Luminous Serum-This serum contains a stable form of Vitamin C so that it will stay effective longer.  It also contains hyaluronic acid and shea butter!  Vitamin C is a powerful antioxidant that will help encourage collagen, fade dark spots and give the skin a brighter, healthier appearance.

Triple Hydrating Hyaluronic Acid Serum-The triple in this serum means that they use 3 different molecular sizes of HA.  If you’ve been with me a while, you know that each size has different benefits for the skin.  The larger the molecule, the more immediate yet superficial the results are. The smaller, the more long term the results are. Since this serum contains all 3, there are both short term and long term benefits that will help the skin look smoother and better hydrated!

Revitalizing Probiotic Serum– This serum has probiotic sea kelp to revitalize the skin deeply and increase collagen & elastin production. Plus, it contains 5% niacinamide, a natural Vitamin B3 ingredient that helps give the skin a firmer, more youthful-appearance.  I’m most impressed with this serum.

I reviewed Zue Botanicals HERE and love this company.  The Antioxidant Rick Face Mask (as you can see) is so cool!  With pretty blue vitamin eco pearls, 14 botanical ingredients, vitamin E and Moroccan clay this mask is full of nutrition.  What I don’t love is all the unpronounceable ingredients.  I looked each one of them up and found most of them scored a 1 out of 10 (10 being most toxic) but a couple were a 2-4.  However, since it’s a mask and not meant for everyday use I’m not too concerned.

This mask is suitable for all skin types and the before and afters after just a couple of uses are crazy!  This mask definitely relieves inflammation and redness.

100 Percent Pure is among my top 2 favorite makeup companies (the other being Hynt Beauty) but I must say, they have some great skin care. I posted HERE about their new powder based skin care line.

I’m so glad they sent me the Multi Vitamin + Antixodants PM Facial Oil.  My skin inhales this oil.  It contains vitamins E, C, D3, retinol and CoQ10 so you can see it’s a powerhouse facial oil.  It is very light weight and absorbs easily.

Multi-Vitamin + Antioxidants PM Eye Treatment is the companion to the facial oil and is very similar.  However, I haven’t used it as much because I find my skin doesn’t seem to absorb it.  There are so many reviews of people seeing immediate results around their eyes that I have no doubt it’s a great eye treatment.

I hope you enjoyed learning about these natural beauty companies and their products!  Do you have any natural skin care companies you love?

xx, Jenni
