I received another awesome beauty box from my natural beauty box subscription from Good Being! This box doesn’t disappoint and the best part is, I have an extra box to giveaway!! Let’s hop right into all the goodies in March’s box!
Every girl needs a good illuminator and so few of us have one, especially a non-toxic one. I’m so glad to have received Orglamix’s Illume Enlighten Luminizer! It gives the perfect subtle burst of light. It wears well all day and is super easy to apply. I apply this before my blush, on my cheek bones, brow bone and above my upper lip! Plus, all ingredients are good for your skin and natural, of course! Orglamix is a natural makeup company that believes in small batches and few ingredients. They have the most amazing eye shadows and there are rave reviews on their mineral makeup. I’m excited to try more from Orglamix!
American Province’s solid perfume, Pinups & Paramours is an all-natural blend of essential oils. It has a citrus, fresh smell reminiscent of summer! Using grapeseed oil and beeswax as a non-scented (yet natural) base, corainder, mandarin and tangerine come together for the perfect subtle scent that is uplifting and sweet. Check out all 4 scents, these perfumes are very affordable!! I’m very happy to have discovered American Province-they have the same mentality as my Etsy shop has-Let’s make products that are safe and natural! All their products are free of metals, petrochemicals, sulfates, parabens, phthalates, artificial ingredients, artificial colors, artificial fragrances and artificial preservatives.
Pangea Organics is a company that uses the power of plant extracts in many of their products-a side of skin care that greatly intrigues me in my own DIY endeavors! They are also eco-conscious in ingredients as well as packaging. Now, we have made our fair share of lip balms, right? I gotta say, this lip balm is perfect. I don’t know what it is-it’s the right hardness, it’s not waxy and it smells amazing. It contains Organic Tamanu, Sunflower, Jojoba, Hemp, and Shea oils. Discover more from Pangea HERE.
Can I get weird for a second? Ok good. You know when you smell something and it ignites a memory that you can’t quite put your finger on? Maybe it shows you a beautiful vision with detail that warms your thoughts for a moment? Well, this oil did it for me. The scent took me to a garden in the Garden District of New Orleans (I grew up on Anne Rice and have been there countless times-NOLA and I go way back.) It was a vivid feeling. So to my point-this oil smells gooooood. I loved how my skin responded to it as well. It is light and fast absorbing. It feels luxurious and nourishing. I’m sold and really loved reading about the story behind this natural skin care line. I can’t wait to try more! I should specify-this oil can be used for stretch marks and helps tighten the skin. I’m using it on my face-looking at the ingredients-I see no reason to not. Go HERE for the oil and HERE to learn more about Prim.
There was a Rafiki bracelet in my last box from Good Being and I loved it so much I was planning on ordering more and doing a post all on the ME to WE company. I was thrilled to find another rafiki bracelet in this box. This month it’s the blue Water Rafiki bracelet! To learn more about these handmade by a mother in Africa-one of a kind bracelets-go HERE. And stay tuned for a whole post on this absolutely inspiring organization.
