Love you site. Congratulations on the good work. When I get more time I will go trough it all. Best of luck to you!
Sylvia-Thank you!!!
Hi! I love reading some tips and ways to healthier hair, I have very thin hair and I seem to struggle to grow my hair long. What can I do to help my hair grow?
Ally-I have always known Castor Oil to help hair grow. You can use it as a scalp massage-add a few drops of rosemary essential oil to rev up circulation and you’ve got a great way to jump start your hair follicles to grow longer!!
Hi Jenny!!! I love your site!!! I tryed many your tips and recipes and always works great!!! Jenny, would you share recipes for DIY shampoo and conditioner??? Thank you so much!!!!
Naia-Hi! Well, honestly, shampoos are probably not going to happen-it’s way to complicated due to pH issues. It’s easy to screw your hair out if you don’t get pH right and soap has a crazy high pH so it takes ingredients to lower it. Bottom line-it’s really complicated. Conditioners are doable. I get going on that! Thank you so much!
Hi there! Just wondering if you would share what kind of shampoo and conditioner you use? My hair is so dry and brittle right now during the winter months and I desperately need something more moisturizing! TIA
Betty-I use Renpure-I found it at Target and I like it. Go HERE to find it on Amazon! Good luck!!
Awesome recipes. Keep up the good work
Jenni, do you have a recipe that works for hair growth through being an overnight blend using jojoba or other such vitamin e rich oil (something i leave in overnight and wash off in the morning)? I have fine, dry hair due to thyroid issues and PCOS and i find that all other options i have used have left my hair feeling greasy or aggravate hairfall.
Manjeri-I do!! Find it HERE.
First of all I want to say superb blog! I had a
quick question in which I’d like to ask if you do not mind.
I was curious to know how you center yourself and clear your thoughts prior to writing.
I have had difficulty clearing my thoughts in getting my ideas out.
I do enjoy writing but it just seems like the first 10 to 15 minutes are
generally lost just trying to figure out how to begin. Any recommendations or hints?
Thank you!
Hi! Oh man is it a struggle to clear my mind in order to write. I think the best advice I can give is to never let yourself over think it. Just dive right in and start writing. So often, I change my first paragraph because it’s crap! Once I get more words on the page, the beginning seems to come to me. I hope this helps!
Great article. I am dealing with some of these issues as
well..
