Top IKEA Must Haves!

How can I share the thrill I get from traveling to Dallas to go to IKEA!?  Having spent most of my teen years in England, there is something so familiar about the European vibe of this Swedish super store!   I hold onto every last ounce of European influence I have left and IKEA certainly helps!!

Many people think of IKEA as a place that provides cheap, temporary furniture with some home goods thrown in, but design lovers out there know, IKEA has many hidden treasures.  You just have to know what is quality and what is crap.  Basically at IKEA, you get what you pay for.  Sometimes, there are some very inexpensive, design forward items though.

One department at IKEA that I absolutely love is the textiles department.  IKEA provides fabrics that are quirky, colorful, high quality and classic Swedish style at it’s best!  Rugs, pillows, curtains and throws are so reasonably priced as well as great quality!  IKEA offers lined curtains from 98-115 inches-I have never found curtains this long for so cheap!

So, enjoy my list of classic IKEA finds that will boost the style of any room!
