Hi Everyone!  I feel like I’ve been doing a lot of reviews lately, which I normally don’t do, but I could not resist this one.  My friend Becca, from the beautifully quaint and cozy website, The Dabblist has come out with an E-Course on natural beauty!   First off, let me tell you about Becca-I’ve never met Becca face to face, but let me tell you, sometimes you just know when you have a kindred spirit out there, and I know this about Becca. She’s one of the most centered, gentle yet sharp bloggers I’ve had the pleasure of getting to know.  Her website, The Dabblist is one of my favorite blogs to frequent.  Not only is it stunning to spend some time in, but her posts are unique and creative.  When I create something from The Dabblist’s long list of DIY’s, I feel as if I’ve created something truly special.  There is just a je ne sais quoi about this blog!   I am so excited to share with you Becca’s E-course-you’re just gonna love it!

The Natural Beauty E-course is set up in 4 sections-Body Care, Hair Care, Facial Care, and Mouth Care.  Each sections includes a video and a PDF outlining the video and providing product suggestions.  In each video, Becca is a delight to watch!  She’s animated and easy to understand.  She makes the DIY’s right on camera and thoroughly explains how each can be used.

I particularly love the skin care section where she talks about “cleansing grains”.  Consider my mind blown on this recipe-So healthy and detoxing and in order to keep it potent, it stays in a dry form and you just add water when you use it!!  I also found the hair care section really interesting.  Many of you have asked me for a DIY shampoo recipe and I just haven’t tackled this one yet-Becca has, and I love the recipe.  It contains honey and castile soap plus other cleansing and moisturizing benefits-I can’t wait to try this one out!  I made her mouthwash recipe and my husband and I LOVE it!!

I just love this course’s fresh perspective on DIY skin care and beauty!  It’s opened my eyes to a different perspective!  Becca really inspires women to take the time to pamper themselves.  Plus I added a bit about essential oils and 10 ways to achieve natural beauty!   Give this E-course a try-You’ll love it!  Oh, and don’t forget to head to The Dabblist for even more amazing recipes on much more then skin care!

In Becca’s own words:

“Are you frustrated at the cost of high-quality, organic beauty products in stores?

I feel your pain.

It seems crazy that natural products are up to 5x more expensive than their toxic, chemical-filled counterparts, but it’s true.

Far too many companies are profiting big time by selling you natural creams, serums and cleansers that cost them just pennies on the dollar to make.

And most people pay, because they don’t realize how FUN and EASY it can be to create those exact same natural beauty products – or even better personalized variations – at home!

That’s where I come in.”

  1. I’m so excited to see this endorsement! You’d think being related to the Dabblist herself would make me bias, but Becca and I could not have been more opposite when it comes to making beauty products, cleaners, Etc at home. I was completely close minded to her way of life as an east coast, fast paced, commercially influenced gal. Then she gave me a product that healed a decade long problem i had spet thousands of dollars trying to fix and I became intrigued! Trust me if you’re reading this, Becca makes easy to make recipes that work but most importantly she really inspires and empowers you to listen to your skin, your heart, and experiment. My skin and body hasn’t just improved, my mind has.

    1. Kate, that’s lovely! I agree-it’s quite the mental change to make your own household and beauty products, but I think once most people do, they see the value-and the FUN!! Thanks for the comment!
