Gift Guide for the Health Nut

I created this gift guide with the health conscious in mind.  I found some really neat gifts that even the non health nut would like as well!  Plus, most everything is Amazon Prime!!

23 and Me I found this kit at Target for 30% off!  Not sure if it will last but grab it if you’ve got someone interested in their ancestry!

Ello Glass Water Bottle-I have one and my girls each have one!  Glass is best and these are sturdy and cute!

Herb/Plant Light This is just about the best thing I’ve seen in a while!  It is literally just a plant light but the way it’s designed is so perfect for small plants like herbs and succulents!  I have such a hard time growing herbs due to light issues  and this might just be the answer!  Plus, it’s only $40!

Shea Moisture Muscle Relief Salt Soak Coconut Hibiscus and Dead Sea Salt make this an achy muscle’s dream!

Pineapple Diffuser I don’t really think you can have too many diffusers and this one is so cute and affordable!

Neck Massager I have had neck issues since my second daughter was born-I had no idea these neck massagers existed and know so many people that could benefit from this!  It’s affordable and gets rave reviews!

Electronic Pain Relief Massager I’m not sure how this works but it gets rave reviews and for people that deal with back issues or chronic pain, this could be their saving grace!  Plus, it’s very affordable!

Ann Marie Essential Oil Blends I can not say enough about these oil blends.  They all smell out of this world.  I bought the sample kit and couldn’t get over the scents.  I will say, I don’t really recommend the sample kit because several of the bottles weren’t full and very hard to get the oils out.  Love and Passion are my favorite but you really can’t go wrong with any of them.  They would make such a great addition to the pineapple diffuser!  These blends can be used topically as well!

Matcha Whisk I love matcha lattes and actually make one for myself almost everyday.  There are so many health benefits of matcha.  A whisk is an absolute must to incorporate the matcha powder with liquid.  Otherwise, you have clumps and matcha is too expensive to waste even a tiny clump!

Japanese Tea Set How cute is this tea set?!  Perfect for a matcha latte and perfect for the tea lover!

Yoga Dice For all the yogis out there, this is the most novel idea!  There are 7 wooden dice and thousands of different combinations!  The dice gets great reviews and can really mix up your yoga session!

xx, Jenni
